砂劳越干面 (Sarawak Dry Noodle)

Sarawak Dry Noodle / 砂劳越干面 - The noodle which you can only find in Sarawak... I don't think i've tasted any noodle like this anywhere in the whole of K.L. Or if you can find it in any one of the hawker here, i can tell you that the taste is totally different, unless the hawker is from Sawarak..

The Sarawak dry noodle has a very special taste which i am unable to explain to you. I still remember the last time when my husband's cousin staying in our house for one month, his father brought him lots of sarawak dry noodle and we put it into the fridge. Whenever we wanted to eat, no need to heat it up oso can eat directly. The taste is nice too.. Just like eating Japaness Cold Noodle.. ^_^

I don't know what noodle they are using to make the dry noodle. It's look like a normal dry noodle my mother used to cooked for us last time (but the taste different lar.) And, they dont put in the dark soya sauce. They just add in some "pork oil" (i think), some "char siew" and some minced pork. Just need to mix it up before eating.

Simple, Healthy, Tasty. That's Sarawak Dry Noodle!
